Fishing Smock Commission Underway!

We’ve had a productive morning in the studio planning a pattern for our latest commission; a Fishing Smock. We cut the first part of the main body today. There are 5 templates that we’ll need to finish the smock. The sleeve had to match up along the shoulder seam of the main body panel.

We always doodle a rough plan of sizing so we know where to start the next time we make this item. Watch this space for the next stage!

Fantastic Craft Fayre! SHOPPER BAGS were a hit!

What a fantastic fayre yesterday at the ‪#‎Wanstead‬ library! Lots of shoppers browsing for Christmas gifts. Our SHOPPER BAGS have been a fantastic hit since the 5p bag charge came in. We’ll need to spend a few days in the ‪#‎studio‬ restocking.

As some of you may be aware our Hannah will soon have a new mini member of the family to be looking after so we’ll be taking a break from the fayres for a little while. We’ll announce on our page when the first fayre of 2016 will be! Photos of the mini crafter (hopefully) will be posted soon.
